I agree about the texting. However, when you get 200 people in a movie theater, even if 99% of them remember to turn off your phone it still leaves 2 people that will have it on...and who goes 2 hours without their phone ringing with some kind of ring tone, text or phone call or email? What about the case where you're in a loud arena or stadium? I surely won't be able to hear it ring in that case and then sometimes I can't even feel my phone vibrate.
