Yes, I have commented on the 8K.....the only thing narrowed in e.Digitals comment is its pride....lol

The judge gave no consideration to the defendants 0%.....and for the plantiffs 50% claims construction.... ruling specifically on clause issues published in the patent.

e.Digital was favored, however , the issues were misinterpreted by the public.
