We ( Edig ) the plantiff's , If we wanted to just get out of dodge , Why would we give the defendant's a off the hook for good ( with prejudice ) for no compensation ? we could just let them go without prejudice for nothing , What would they say NO ,

Why did none of the defendant's file for summary judgement ????

IMO it's becuase it's in there best interest to secure a license as cheap as possible , which in turn stops the legal fee's now and in the future , So why would we give them with predujice for nothing !

We should get an idea by 11/15//11 GLTAL
