I note that this issue does not reference a motion to dismiss, or in this case "terminate"

anyway the fate of Leica Camera, Inc. is with Panasonic...and Leica Camera AG (Terminated without prejudice 01/29/2010).....is still open...lol

I'll file it as "notice of dismissal or stipulation to dismiss"....l
