Plaintiff e.Digital Corporation (“Plaintiff”) and Defendants Panasonic Corporation,
Panasonic Corporation of North America and Leica Camera, Inc. (collectively, “the Panasonic

Defendants”) have reached an agreement on a settlement of all claims brought in this Action. On
the basis of the settlement reached, Plaintiff hereby voluntarily dismisses all claims brought
against the Panasonic Defendants, with prejudice, and the Panasonic Defendants hereby
voluntarily dismiss all claims brought against Plaintiff, with prejudice.
Thus, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, in accordance with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
41(a)(1)-(2), as follows:
1. Plaintiff hereby dismisses all claims brought against the Panasonic Defendants in
this Civil Action with prejudice.
2. The Panasonic Defendants hereby dismiss all claims brought against Plaintiff in
this Civil Action with prejudice.
3. Each settling party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees.
