We had a better luck in TX than Denevr, 19 settlements so far not bad, and many more to come in Tier III.

All tx 7 settled and we filed against 19 in Denver , now does that mean that seven of the Denver defendents got off the hook without any payments? or some of the seven settled (to me settled means paid us something) without any Pacer and they are not mentioned in this pacer. I know their was a confusion about #14, a small clarification will do to get my mind straight.
