From the PR:

"We are pleased to have entered into our 18th and 19th Flash-R portfolio related licensing and settlement agreements," said Fred Falk, president and CEO of e.Digital.

Shouldn't that read 18th and 19th from the Colorado filings or a total of 26 total settlement agreements, including the Texas and Colorado filings.
