There would be nothing wrong with Fred issuing a PR that Reads " Due the recent settlements we expect earning to be a record level next quarter"

How in the world do they expect to attract new investors and cap funds when they won't tell anyone the value of these settlements. All of the big boys always let the world know how much they settled for. We read it everyday Apple settled for $$$$$.Samsung paid $$$$ for patient infridgement, Nokia paid $$$$ for patent infridgements,etc.
