Message: patents....IP....pat...

Lets see the new security patent break out, after 7 years...it's in a positive position managed by DM....with that, have them file a new case.

There are now 25 defendants familiarized ....and many to pursue.

They still have a key to favorable endeavors as long as the discovery issues obtained says so and, the recent courts considerations did not hinder it at all. The right to take is there if they infringed.

There is, however, a double sided coin....whatever it takes to posses both sides they will get it.

The initial prospective of the re-exam is superficial...with a non final action waiting on clafiration....IMO....the SHARP article, which I'm unable to locate, are details of one issue involving the e.Digital patent....e.Digital is capable of two issues on the same memory and that , IMO, is why the initial grant was approved.

It's amazing how the this issue is tossed around & around & around like a drifting boat.....but it is what it is and there's nothing that can be done about it, but take it on the chin.
