the colorado litigation, resolved BEFORE the 737 ruling....without giving too much away re: lowly plankton's real or imagined skills, imo, most significant legal settlements happen BEFORE summary judgment, BEFORE trials, BEFORE significant rulings..similar to uspto rulings...look at settlements that occurred in colorado BEFORE june 2011 by col ct...

just saying...all you folks who think nothing will happen until AFTER the re-exam rulings...COULD BE WRONG... lots could happen :)
