All this discussion of reverse split is predicated on EDIG delivering on its patent hopes and other business ventures.

If EDIG does receive good news, with fewer shares outstanding, the pressure on the pps to rise will be more evident strictly on a supply and demand basis and current invesors can decide on whether to sell on the news or add more at these lower levels.

If the pps moves to .18 on the R/S, no new value is created or lost although further negative pressure on the pps is a possibility, but given we are at .03, what's the difference if we drop from .18 to .06 or .03 to .01?

I would not R/S now but perhaps a few months before the reexam results are due.
