imo this is a short summary of filing with us patent office:
of time requested by edig on 10/25/11. sorry can't get to copy or paste....we had an in person interview w patent office and woody for 11/3....we have hired expert...but woody can't fly and get there until 11/21 due to medical condition.. a one month ext of time to respond..and looks like a request for in person interview in DC to be moved from 11/3 to 11/21....imo very likely to be granted..
