Buyout, favorable words to my ears. Buy at what price?

I have stated many times even when we thought the patent process was well in hand, a price of $3.00 was as much as any company could justify based on a reasonable return.

Looking at the present picture, even with added lawsuits, considering the facts from Colorado which would be admissible in new suits, I have my doubts that anything over $1.00 would be hard to come by.

Right now, I would be pleased with an offer of $1.00 to $2.00 and would vote in favor. This decision is partly based on the problem I have with the introduction of nunchi and will it be marketable or too late to even be promising to edig.

Continued promises without achievement has been the edig downfall for years and I have no confidence any change will occur.

The BOD should be thinking about this option and how to make it happen.
