1. Get 774 and 737 patents through reexam--anticipated completion +- Oct. 2012

2. New round of litigation--will not START prior to the above

3. Continue developing Nunchi--maybe viable, maybe nothing--no timetable--we don't know

4. Sign on Nunchi partners and licensees--see above

5. Further develop our other patent pending technologies--5 have been submitted and 3 are nearing submission stage?--it can take years for patents to be approved

6. Get the word out--what is the word, to whom, and when will that start and when will we see any benefit from it?

Really guys, Fred had the huevos to put this on paper and tell Dish that this in ADDITION to his narrative talking points at the stockholders meeting. I realize that hope and prayer are not investment strategies. but in the case of Edig they might be our best shot. Does Fred have an insider sweeheart deal--sure seems so. Will we ever get paid as he has been all along--maybe, maybe not.
