Bottom line and all funny stuff aside, we are showing signs of wear due to the state we are in. It shows in our comments, frustration with management etc.

I have decided to step up the pace of my company visits, to express our concerns if nothing else. Even though I don't chime in when someone vents, don't think for a minute I'm not paying attention, nor share the points of view by many.

I always have a nice chat with Fred and Robert before hand, and I know perfectly well which questions these guys cannot answer, but I still make comments that are taken as how we feel, even if there is silence, I spit it out.

After the Q, me and my grey hair will be over there, but don't expect a public dissertation blow by blow.
