It was a figure of speech to be descriptive as to what I do and what I say when I visit. I take bits and pieces from comments here, write them down, word them in a non hostile way, and lay them on the table for comment.

My last visit was planned for 15 minutes, with an appointment. I was there for over an hour. I said a few times "I'd should probably get out of your hair", "no Joe, lets talk, I want to hear all of what's on your groups mind."

So, I vented some more...lol.

Fred is a good listener and a good talker, he's just between a rock and a hard place in many ways.

The board is 4 people and one has been a no show at the last 3 SHM's....send a letter to AC...OK fine, he will take it to the office...then what...fine, do it.
