Seems that is about all one can do....myself, I have no concerns, I understand the circumstances at hand.

We're under legal consequences. Until they get a handle on that...the company is hindered. IMO, having concerns of issues, other than the current circumstances, are a waste.

One needs to allow the process to take its course, adding undue pressure does not help.

I will have a different prospective once the legal issues are resolved one way, or the other.

This company has really not had a beginning as far as I'm concerned....IMO, it soon will.

Here's to hoping that they are persuasive at the USPTO re-exam meeting.....lets give them nothing to have to think about.....but that.
