Don't forget the salary structure for the management group was set many years ago when the employee count was from 20-35 or even 40+ total people.

Like any business, when things dry up you cut costs, when you reduce your total employee count from 35 to 7, or down to 20%, you don't grant raises, you cut salaries along with expenses.

For the lst 5 years, the employee count has less, the performance has been less other than hiring DM, salaries should have been reduced each year and by now the structure would be accepatable. Not sure what that number would be, but maybe $115,000.

That's based on $150,000 6 years ago and a reduction of 5% each year to the present as an example.
