It's kind of interesting that the company(HTC license 16) that pushed the re-exam ....full licensed FlashR...after the Markman. They apparently see things different than those that did not fully license FlashR

R does = REMOVABLE and not READ as I had considered.

When they fully license FlashR they have considered e.Digitals proposed construction.
