Operating expenses declined to $334,500

and then they stated:

"We recently signed a licensing agreement without litigation that we believe will contribute to a profitable third fiscal quarter."

So with no new litigated licensing agreements due in fiscal Q3 they expect to generate more than their operating expenses. Are licensing agreements better than anticipated?

Are 3 straight quarters of profitability possible ?

Give me a revenue producing Nunchi development and the conclusion of the reexam by April and there lies hope and change....lol.
