Personally, I wouldn't put another dime into this stock until we see a positive reexam conclusion, and see nunchi contracts signed and producing reasonable amounts of revenue.

The reexam as noted above should allow DM to continue the process of filing major lawsuits, hopefully generating significant cash from settlements.

If all of this doesn't move the price by an appreciable amount, then we have lost the battle and the war. It's time to close this chapter of our lives; as well as lock the doors and quit paying salaries for not producing shareholder value.
