My point exactly--if she lives in Florida and has no intention of attending the single biggest meeting of the year for a company three years running--she should resign and we should get someone who is geographically closer that wants to participate and provide input. She may be very smart, I do not know, but if she does not care to engage why bother? And really a few hundred bucks once a year to fly to California and back is not an excuse.
