Good post. Appreciate your intent. I.m.o. There are many people on this board that would love to do exactly, just that.

However, at this point based upon what we actually really know for sure what is really happening, this is difficult. Even for me after what is now about 13 years! Make that thirteen years because 13 is an unlucky number. l.o.l.

As I posted a couple of weeks ago, there is not really much to discuss at the moment with no news, and there may not be until the USPTO rules in our favor...We shall see.

In the meantime, Merry Christmas to all and to a fantastic 2012!
