Myself and some other guys formed an investment club a few years ago. We meet once a month, present DD on stock opportunities, vote which one to get into, then the pooled money is invested.

Due to the fact there are gains and losses as a group, and each person's SS # involved, we use a CPA to prepare documents for tax filings, and the CPA charges $100/hr plus copying expenses, posted etc.

MarDee IMO is not being over paid to be the CFO of a public company, to handle ALL accounting activity, not just paying internal bills, paychecks etc, but keep us compliant with the SEC for goodness sake.

I fail to see the issue here?

Heck, my Wife was a cosmotologist for 40 years, we owned two hair salons, and she charged $65 for a Man's shampoo & haircut and she did this in 30 minutes! Charged $115 for women and it took her 50 minutes.

My "free" haircuts at home cost me 6 figures per year...LOL!!!
