Actually I think they did.

If you may recall a company called Learnout & Hauspie went under in late October of 2000 for cooking the books. They were a Belgium Company that Intel had heavily invested in. 20M I recall. The project was a handheld device called the Nuk. It was a VTT - TTV handheld device. L & H had the best technology in the field but it never came to market. We were heavily involved along with Intel and the whole thing came apart at the seams just about the time the Nasdaq listing fell apart. It was also only a couple of months before that Fred exercised his options for 500K shares @ apx 5.50 / share. At the time I`m sure he thought he knew what he was doing......But he obviously didn`t know what L & H were doing.
