Message: Compensation- do we have a say?

No.

I checked into this during my visit Nov 17, 2009 and was told, "we have a salary compensation committee that determines increases or the lack there of."

Take Fred's 30K raise 8-1-11, after 5 years at $155K...OK, we have beat this one to death, so I hope the approx $12K raise that MarDee received for adding a minimum of 4 hours/wk from 24 - 28 and promoted to CFO will fizzle soon...$250/wk added to the expenses...oh my...

Take $155K and add 3.6% per year and ya get $184,982. That's 1.036 X 155,000 and hit the = button 5 times.

Wife and I got a 5.8% increase in SSI for 2010, nothing for 2011, and to receive 3.6% in 2012. That averages 3.13% over 3 years.

I don't see any "abuse" here based on the numbers alone.

Hope this answers your question and that of others.
