They did not ADD anyone, but they gave her more permanent employment, pay, anticipate the need for more hours, and granted her stock options. Why do all that unless they think they have at least a good chance of getting all or most all of what they want from the examiner? Maybe it is just business as usual and since this thing could still go either way they are proceeding until either there is no reason to proceed or the workload gets ramped up.
