The judge's reasoning and decision at the MH is now a matter of record.
If there was no mention or change on the key issues, then what prevents
those same issues from coming up again in a third round? IMO, there's
not enough information here to even speculate yet as to what it means
going forward. (But thanks for uploading just the same!)
