I can see us getting the patent approved.

My concern is that there may be other ways to do the same thing. We can only win a large settlement if we can prove our patent is infringed. A lot of time has passed and we have not seen the results I was hoping for. Maybe we will in the future but I would think the experts have looked hard at what we have and from the huge decline in the share price, I do not think they have spread the word that we have built a better mousetrap.

Let's hope Duame Morris sues more companies and build some confidence for new investors (and Old Investors).
