What did the keen legal eye see when Edig announced in Nov. that they signed an agreement with someone that was not part of the legal ranglings? What would motivate a company that was potentially infringing on a potentially valid patent to negotiate a deal without the benefit of simultaneously removing the overhang of legal expenses etc? I realize it would be just an educated guess on your part, but I scored lousy on the LSAT way back when.
