sorry, I did not read ahead to see if anyone provided an answer. And ,I did confirm that we have 6 years to collect for past infringement.
I wonder if that means the lawsuit must be filed within six years after patent termination? It takes forever to have a suit go to trial. Will it ever happen for us?
