It depends on the significance of the wording.

You can be 100% certain that opposing attorneys will argue that no matter how small the change is it is a significant change and the infringement time clock has changed. All wording changes will 'clarify' the patent. But the main issue is does the change increase or decrease the strength of the patent? Only time will tell.

I agree that it is 'Hail Mary' time. But, at times a Haily Mary makes you a winner.
