I am pretty sure that DM is waiting to file against the next tier until after the results of the reexam--hopefully positive. I believe that SMAN pointed out that this reexam is for 774 only and while we very much want it to be positive, if we do not get the results we want, DM can still sue in tier III based on other patents. As far as wait time for the results, it seems like it might be something like the Mar., April, May time frame. This is a forum to exchange ideas and thoughts about Edig. I think you should feel free to speak your mind and concerns. In my view, we ARE overdue for some information on Nunchi. Maybe the company is gun shy about releasing information based on what has happened in the past? The company seemed to think that they could have some progress to report six months ago, yet we have heard nothing. Some of these things are out of their hands and take longer than they would wish or anticipated.
