Getting a nuisance fee will not do anything for the share price. If they got $50,000,000 then they could (and should) brag about it. If we only got a pittance then I don't see it as much of an accomplishment.

It has not yet been proven that our Flash patents have much value.

Each day that goes by causes me to worry a little bit more that DM is not very confident. If DM does have confidence in the patents then the .02 is one great buying opportunity. Just one good statement from DM would give us a nice price jump, I keep hoping to open this board and see a LARGE price jump from some positive news. It has to happen, right??????
