In conclusion ,claim 1 of the "774 patent" when read in view of the specification ,would have been understood by the person of the ordinary skill in the art to require that
the power supply be completed to the control circuitory,
which would supply power to the device . This is the only
configuration that would allow for the power management
features of , for example B & C above to be functional.
Therefore ,an interpretation of the claims to have the
power supply , supply the power would be unreasonable
and conflict with the specification.
