I was impressed. I thought it was well written. It was a good strategy. The key was to define what makes the Norris recorder unique from the prior art. Since the Sharp and other voice recorders that HTC discovered also used removable flash, EDigital needed to find something that sets the Norris recorder apart, and they seem to have found it,in the power supply structure. The engineering expert they hired for this job knew his stuff.

The downside of course is if they pass the reexam they will need to research which devices on the market use flash with this unique power supply scheme. Hopefully there are some out there, but it will take time. Patience as usual will be required.
