Analysis of KIMURA

KIMURA briefly mentions a power supply voltage in a table, which discloses supplying a Constant 3 volts to the memory devices, KIMURA at P.39 ,Col.2

Hence the memory device is constantly supplied power via the power supply. KIMURA discloses that “ two power sources 5 volts and 12 volts which are necessary for the “FlashMemory” KIMURA at p.40,col 2.

KIMURA is otherwise silent as to the power supply. There is no disclosure of how these power Sources are arranged , or whether the 12 volts source can be completely disabled.
