Analysis of SUDOH

“ The DC - AC converter 15 is not “control logic ; it is part of

Conditioning current , similar to DC –DC converter 51 of the

“774 patent” .In additionit is unclear where the AC power of converter15 would come from. The converter 15 could condition the power from the battery .In contrast Fig 2 of the 447 patent illustrate power supply 40 having multiple outputs ,that are controlled by control circuitry to supply power and enable power management features .In other words , one or more of the outputs of power supply 40 could be turned off via the control circuitry to save power by turning off the supply of the power.

SUDOH is also silent as to how the battery is arranged with respect the control circuitry and other components. Therefore SUDOH is silent as to how power is distributedwithin device 1 of Fig 1.
