I wouldn't launch infrastructure on pending.....I might try to partner a platform in some fashion and hope for the best. They are developing platform advancements.....for others to utilize.

IMO, they are applying for advancements to cover their ass for the future, implementing their own technology methods. Applied for in independent fashion, like 445 being independent of 774 and having advanced features.
