I, like you am a novice, but I will attempt to tell you in plain English what I believe is going on. Several people have been posting exerpts of the ORIGIAL transcripts between Edig and the USPTO back in the mid 90's that say that there has been agreement regarding the patents if certain changes were made back then to get the patents approved in the beginning. Some here are reading this as though the changes(in Edig's favor) were an outcome of the most recent patent re exam. It is my understanding that they are not. We are still waiting to hear the response from the most recent re exam, expected Mar. Apr. May or so. As such there is no NEW news. If wrong give me 50 lashes with a wet noodle--I tried my best.
