I wonder what their (Polis) cost structure is. They did financing and received shares I think, but how much of an outlay of cash? No idea. I wonder if Fred would disclose that information.

I don't think this will happen either, as I stated, but I like looking at the business side of things. Not sure what else we can discuss regarding the reexam until we get the ruling.

With a 25 million share stake I doubt Polis would walk now for just $1.25 million (@.05/share) with so much potential at hand given the pending reexam.

A positive reexam will be a big shot in the arm for this company and its PPS !
