That was the examiners initial consolidated response of the 774 meeting. Where at the conclusion of that meeting...had some form of anticipated agreement for the topics discussed. However, as I read it, there was a lack of supporting material submitted, where the examiner could not do anything other than what he considered.

"Now EDigital must try a new tactic."

A new tactic? The arguement is just now being formally presented, Durant just submitted it.
