The patent owner respectfully submits that under a broadest reasonable interpretation of claim 1, Although the power source is the source of power for the “Device” it is the Control Circuitry that actually Supplies that power to the device.

As explained in the previously submitted response , the prior arts does not disclose a “ power supply Coupled to the control circuitry for supplying powerto the device “ as recited by claim 1.
