The "business plan" presented at the SHM could have been done on the back of a cocktail napkin. My interpretation of what has happened so far.
Get 774 & 737 patents through reexam--in process
New round of litigation--won't start until reexam complete
Continue developing Nunchi--who would know
Sign on Nunchi partners and licensees--seemingly there are none
Further develop our other patent pending technologies--who would know
Get the word out--who would know
Transparency is a word used quite a bit these days and is what people in all walks of life are coming to expect and are demanding--not much coming from EDIG management. The results of the reexam should be known in the next 90 days or so. If positive, we are back in the game, probably a small pop in the sp and on to the next tier of litigation with chances of larger pay days from deeper pocketed defendants than with the previous two rounds. I try not to think of the other outcome. The patents are tangible assets that the top notch DM attorneys have reviewed and based on their assessment of the content decided to take this case on contingency. There is, to my knowlege, no outside of the company verification as to the potential value or efficacy of Nunchi. My bet remains with DM and the patents--if Nunchi falls in our lap, all the better. The problem is, so far, all we have had fall in our laps are anvils.
