As stated in the Subject Line, I also talked to FF last night and his message was much the same as you posted. The only real difference was that he said that "DM did all their all thier DD prior to taking on the case on a contingency basis" although he did not mentoned the "Prior Art" that has arisen, and I neglected to ask (Stupid me, but I have a follow-up call in). We also talked about the future, albeit vaguely. But as you said, he seems a bit optimistic. We'll see.
