I believe you are correct Sinkman. If E-Digital is successful with its current argument to the USPTO, Dr. Nunally will need to research which products infringe based on being a voice recorder that utilizes removable flash, and not using RAM (from the Markman) and that use the same power control , ie MOSFETs driven from the processor, which makes it different from the Sharp voice recorder (prior art).
