Nokia may have purchased a licensing fee for our Flash-R portfolio but insisted that EDIG not issue a PR. Or EDIG may have just let them off the patent hook due to non-infringement.

Without a PR from EDIG, we are left guessing.

gocougs, IMO they were license #14. There was a PR for 13 then 15. Some companies don't want the PR apparently?
