Today's filing is with respect to Jerry Polis, not the Polis family, yet your post implies the Polis family has decreased their position.
It is what it is, and that has no effect on the outcome for the reexam, but I am just curious as to their overall net position. The remark that the Las Vegas real estate market's demise was an influencing factor does make sense, as that was devastating to many.
