If you look at the 2010 report.... Davric not identified in report .....holding interest was down to 5.1%. .....Davric disappearing from the report made that happen.

Now for the current 2011 report....it doesn't take much of an adjustment to stay under the threshold of reporting.

What happened to Davric is the question....?

With that, it's time to leave Jerry alone, it's his business what he does with his interests.
