IMO i totally disagree with the statement re: the polis' family shares, their 2011 filing also said less than 5%....5% of 293 million shares outstanding is just under 14.5 million shares...they have holdings through trusts...when you read the filings...they speak to "controlling interest" also note that Charlotte Polis...the other trustee has NOT filed this year

from my reading..IMO......they still own many many millions
